Private Chef Dinner FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 4–8 weeks out for weekend dates and peak seasons (spring, fall, and holidays). Shorter notice is sometimes possible — text 470-785-7180 to check availability.

What's your booking and payment schedule?

A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The final balance and final headcount are due 14 days before your event.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes. We routinely design menus around gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan/vegetarian, nut, shellfish, and other allergy considerations. Share details on the booking form and we'll build your menu around them.

What do you need from my kitchen?

A working oven, cooktop, sink, and a bit of counter space is typically all we need. We bring our own tools and small equipment. For unique kitchens (or rentals), we'll confirm details ahead of time.

Do you provide servers?

Servers are optional and recommended for larger groups or multi-course plated menus. We'll quote the right staffing in your proposal.

What happens with leftovers?

Any leftovers are yours — we'll package them neatly in your fridge before we leave.

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel inside metro Atlanta is typically included. Trips to North Georgia (Blue Ridge, Lake Lanier, etc.) may include a travel charge depending on distance and lodging needs — always disclosed in your proposal.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is optional for 25 guests or fewer. Events over 25 guests include an automatic service charge.
